Hurricane Irene teased us Floridians a bit. My whole patio was relocated to my kitchen, but seriously, these forecasts are way off. Irene proved to us just how scared and unprepared Northerners actually are. I'm sorry if you still have no power up there, and there's an overturned fern in your front yard, but we've dealt with way worse.
Nevin Shapiro's allegations against UM have proved nothing but an even tighter and unified Miami team and fanbase as we are all looking forward to the season opener against Maryland, September 5th. Love me some college football!!!
